Small businesses and personal users often struggle to create effective marketing campaigns due to limited resources and lack of expertise. They cannot afford the services of expensive ad agencies or marketers. Peggy aims to solve this problem by providing AI-generated marketing briefs that help these users save time and money while still achieving their business goals.
As a UX designer working on Peggy, my first step was to understand the needs of the target users and brainstorm potential features and solutions. I defined the user requirements and explored different ideas through wireframes.
To gain deeper insights and refine the designs, I conducted user interviews with both personal users and small business owners. These interviews helped me understand the challenges they face in creating marketing campaigns and identify the specific features that would support their needs.
Based on the insights from user research and feedback from the team, I iterated on the initial wireframes and made revisions to improve the user experience. I created wireframes that incorporated the identified features and addressed the pain points of the target users.
